• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask for, collect, store, or transmit your name, physical address, email address, phone number, national tax/social security numbers, or identification documents.
• No Geolocation Tracking: The Application never tracks, queries, records, or accesses your precise (GPS) or approximate network-based geographical location.
• No Analytics, Telemetry, or Profiling SDKs: The Application contains no third-party user behavioral tracking SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer) or advertising identifier collectors (Google Advertising ID / GAID).
• No Financial or Payment Data Handled by Us: All transactions for acquiring the application are handled exclusively and securely by Google Play Billing via your Google account. We have no access to your payment card details or financial information.

To provide persistent study functionality across application sessions, the Application stores user preferences and study records locally within your device's native sandboxed internal storage (using Android's SharedPreferences and internal app storage).

Data stored locally on your device includes:

• Study Progress & Simulation Scores: Records of answered questions, mock exam attempts, and completion ratios to help you track your readiness.
• Bookmarks & Saved Questions: Questions you flag for targeted revision or review.
• App Display & Language Preferences: Your selected translation language (English, Persian, Arabic, or Turkish), bilingual toggle state, and theme setting (Light / Dark mode).

The Application adheres strictly to the principle of minimal privilege. It requests only two non-dangerous standard network permissions essential for streaming listening comprehension audio:

When you stream an audio listening exercise, your device establishes a standard HTTPS connection with our audio streaming host at ithageneia.nimarahbar.com.

• Audio Server Requests: Like all standard web connections, our web server logs standard server connection metadata (such as IP address and user-agent) strictly for operational network routing, security rate-limiting, and server uptime monitoring. These server logs are not linked to any user identity.
• No Ad Networks: We do not integrate advertising networks (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or Meta Audience Network).
• External Links: The Application and this website may contain informational links to official Greek Ministry resources (e.g. ypes.gr) or Google Play. If you navigate to an external website, please review that site's independent privacy policy.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is an adult educational study tool intended for adult candidates participating in Greek naturalization procedures. It does not address or target individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable EU jurisdictions).

We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. Because no personal data is collected from any user, no child data is ever requested, harvested, or maintained. Each Android app runs in an isolated Linux process with a distinct user ID, preventing other installed applications from reading your study files. We recommend maintaining the latest version of the Android OS and securing your device with a secure lock screen passcode or biometric authentication.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect future application features, improvements, or regulatory requirements from Google Play and international data protection authorities.
